Bull Headbands

A headband built around one construction detail — a flexible TPU Bull Button sewn into technical spacer mesh, not glued on top of it. The promo above is the pitch. This is what is actually true about it today.

The promo is a promo. Everything below is the state of the part, and where the part is not finished yet it says so rather than rounding up.

The construction

One idea carries the product: a Bull Button — a low-profile flexible TPU badge, roughly 20–30 mm depending on where it sits — with stitch channels printed into the geometry itself, sewn directly into technical spacer mesh. Not a hard plastic disc glued to a strap. The button flexes with the textile, which is the whole reason to print it instead of moulding it.

Spacer mesh is open-cell: two knitted faces held apart by a pile of monofilament between them. It vents and it recovers its loft after it is compressed, which is why it is the fabric for something worn against the head through a race or a long day on a floor.

What is not settled

Durometer. The button is drawn for 90A TPU, which is what is loaded and what the house standard already calls the skin-contact material. The promo says 85A–90A. The softer half of that range is not qualified: the machine vendor's own guide says 85A and below should not be fed through the Max 4 at all, and 90A on that machine is itself an open verification. A 90A Bull Button is a claim we can make. An 85A one is not, yet.

Skin contact. Spacer mesh against skin for hours, and the bond between mesh and button, have not been through the materials safety basis. That gate belongs to the Materials Engineer and it is open. Nothing ships against skin on a guess.

Availability. Bull Headbands are in the lab. There is no drop number, no edition count and no price on this page because none of those have been earned yet. When a drop opens it will have a number that never resets and never skips, like every other drop.

The standard

A Bull Headband gets BEST IN BULL™ the same way anything else here does — per unit, after inspection, re-derivable from its spec and measured off the shipped part rather than described. The mark is not applied to a product line. It is applied to an object, by a person, after looking at it.
