What earns the BEST IN BULL™ stamp
A stamp that everything gets is not a stamp. Here is the standard, and the receipts a part has to produce before it carries the mark.
BEST IN BULL™ is not a slogan we print on everything. It is a gate, and most of what comes off the plate does not clear it.
A part carries the stamp when it can produce all five of these. Not describe them — produce them.
1 · It is re-derivable
Every number the geometry depends on lives in a spec file, and the spec plus the generator reproduces the mesh byte for byte. Nothing lives in a command line or in somebody's memory. If we cannot rebuild it identically from source, it does not ship.
2 · It is measured, not described
The dimensions we publish are cut out of the mesh that goes to the slicer, not copied from the design notes. A part that is secretly a flat slab, or a heel cup that never actually rose, gives itself away in a cross-section. So we take the cross-section.
3 · It is manifold and it is one piece
Watertight, zero degenerate triangles, verified. One solid body — we do not ship a two-part insert and we do not ship a mesh that is two overlapping shells hoping the slicer sorts it out.
4 · It prints without support
Every pocket wall is drafted so each layer is carried by the one beneath it. On Drop 001, 1.2 % of downward-facing area sits past 45° from vertical and 0.06 % past 55°. Nothing in the part prints into air.
5 · The failure modes are written down before the print starts
Not after. The build sheet names what is most likely to go wrong, in order, with the setting that addresses each one. For Drop 001 the top of that list is first-layer adhesion, because a large share of the footprint meets the plate as narrow ribbons and under-squished TPU will not hold them.
What the stamp is not
It is not a claim that a part is good for your feet. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims, and no amount of engineering rigour on our side turns into a clinical claim.
It is a claim that we know exactly what we made, that we measured it, and that you can check the numbers yourself.
A stamp everything earns is decoration. This one has to cost something.
